I had a tough time making a choice between the Golf Trendline and Comfortline models but Daniel explained pros and cons for each car and helped make my decision easy. Moreover, he had both cars ready up front, in my preferred colors, with a dealer plate on, just in case I wanted to take either model for a spin. The staff here are super friendly, easy going and very easy to communicate with. Not for a moment I felt that I was under pressure from anyone. The Finance Manager, Premini, walked me through all the financial documents step by step and explained all I needed to know in a very simple way. Great experience I went to this dealership to look at a couple of Ford trade-ins they had on their lot. I dealt with Hayden and she was an absolute pleasure. I didn't end up buying from her, simply because, after some number crunching, the car available ended up being out of my price range. We negotiated a fair price for both cars (separate deals) and were happy with both deals. Every piece of dealing with Wayne and his manager Cody has been amazing! Great deal, amazing customer service and truly honest business practices. The entire experience can be summed up in one story: We realized a week after buying & driving my daughters car that the front light was out of alignment. Upon closer inspection the light appeared pushed in and both the front panels touching it were out of alignment. I brought this to Wayne's attention who promptly called the old owner who knew of no damage. Wayne then went and looked at the photos from the advertisement and was able to determine indeed the damage existed prior to sale. Wayne and Cody told me 100% that is their problem and they will fix it. They expressed regret for not noticing it prior. In fairness to everyone we took possession at night and since it is not a car I drive we never noticed until the very first time I drove it. These things happen. But the honesty and integrity shown by Knight VW/Auto Haus - is outstanding. You will not be disappointed in dealing with them. More

With Michaels knowledge on not only Volkswagen but Honda and many other car brands I ended up driving away that day in a brand new Volkswagen Jetta!
