Honest and straight forward I would say. The technician David Milan took the time to re assure me that the repair would be done properly and with no added delays and if there were any troubles that Jacq would contact me. On receiving the news the car was finished and was ready for pick up I got a ride from a friend to go pick it up. Jacq asked if I needed a ride and offered to send the shuttle to pick me up. I found my way down to the dealership only to find a washed and dried car waiting for me. Now that is a nice bonus that I appreciate! Can't say enough of how well I was treated through the whole process. I will be recommending Jacq Bergeron and the whole dealership to anyone asking me where to buy a V.W. and where to have it serviced.
