I was put in touch with Jarrett Mazur, who was exceedingly helpful throughout the buying process. Jarrett offered his knowledge of the Volkswagen brand, and provided ample information about the 2018 Golf that I was interested in purchasing. He was a pleasure to deal with as he was equally informed as he was accommodating. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy. I was made to feel welcome in considering the options available to me and taking my time making a decision. When I had finally made the decision to buy, I felt confident in doing so. Provided that this was my first time buying a car, I took this decision seriously and I was given the strong impression that Jarrett respected my position. Throughout the buying process, I felt entirely confident in making this choice. As I filled out the paperwork I was assisted by their Finance Manager, Premini. She took the time to go over each step of the process and answer any questions I had. I felt very welcome in her office and I left feeling very positive about my purchase. The day I purchased my car, it also happened to be my birthday. I hadn't mentioned anything, but through my documentation both Jarrett and Premini had noticed this detail and thought to surprise me with a bow on my new car. It was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture. I am so pleased with my new car and I'm thankful that Jarrett was able to assist me in making this milestone happen.
