We purchased our vehicle with an agreement ****Where to begin. I am changing my review because of how my wife and I have been treated after the sale. We purchased our vehicle with an agreement that a car starter was included in the monthly payment we signed for at time of purchase. The vehicle was delivered personally by matt and he had informed me in person that the car starter would be installed later this year around fall at not extra cost. We agreed to wait because #1 we were told too by the trusty salesperson we thought we were dealing with and #2 it was summer time and we had no need for the car starter yet. After numerous back and forth emails we found out the car starter was never added to our agreement even we signed the papers stating it was. Also I have numerous emails from matt stating the car starter was included and would be installed later this year with no extra cost to us. I had informed matt this was not acceptable and would be pursuing further action with BBB and the customer protection agency for help. The dealership finally agreed to give the car starter with install at no cost however it was my responsibility to purchase an extra key that was necessary for the install for the starter because if I didnt one of my key fobs would be disabled. The cost of the key was $300 and I reluctantly agreed to pay it. I had bad feeling and assumption that there would be additional costs so I asked matt what was the total cost and what was needed to get the key and he informed me through email it would ONLY cost $300. Low and behold when the vehicle was ready for pickup there was a cost of $175 to have the key programmed which was never mentioned when I dropped of the vehicle or any emails that matt sent me. I was upset and had asked a manager to contact me. I got a call not from a manager but matt himself apologizing profusely that he had thought the programming was going to cost $40 (which was never mentioned as well when i asked what would be the total cost. I had asked if he could at least provide me with some free service such as an oil change and he was only focused on that if he did it would be out of his pocket and it wouldnt be fair. I asked him how it fair that I am shelling out close to $500 for something that was supposed to be free. Even he admitted to making the mistakes in the first place. All he gave me was a free detailing. I emailed the gm directly and still haven't gotten a call or email back. So for anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership take my advice and go somewhere else where they won't lie to you or RIP you off. **** Our experience dealing with Matt has been great so far. We had brought our kids with us and Matt took the time to make us comfortable during the sales process. He wasn't pushy and did his best to get a good deal on our trade and into our new atlas. The dealership provide us with a courtesy vehicle. Matt personally delivered our brand new atlas directly to our home. More
Added extra charges to financing, sneaky paperwork There was $1530 added to our financing over top the sale price to pay for what the dealership ended up describing as "optional financing insurance". They did not discuss this with us, or even mention it before adding it to the financing. Everything money related was discussed on the sale agreement, and once the sale amount was settled we agreed and signed all the paperwork. So, after the sale, we were not given any copies of the paperwork we just signed, other than the sales sheet which we needed to register the vehicle. After a few weeks we got the letter from the financing company and luckily I contacted them to verify everything. It was at that time I realized the financing amount was not what we were expecting. When reaching out to the dealership about this discrepancy, they provided the paperwork which did in fact include this option. This was not a paper we were given to examine in detail at time of sale. There was disagreement that they told us about the option, but the bottom line is we would have never agreed to pay $1530 for financing insurance, so it was impossible that we were aware of it. After a month of back and forth with the dealership, they did refund our money and cancel the insurance. I believe everything is resolved, but the experience was terrible. Had we trusted the people at the dealership, we would have been stuck paying more than we agreed to. At the end of it, I still consider this as the dealership attempting to defraud us of $1530 by adding an insurance option onto our financing without our knowledge. I understand as a consumer we need to do our due diligence, but the dealership should not be able to just roll the dice and hope they get to bill extra. So listen. Do your due diligence. Negotiate on the sales price, not the financing payments. Go to the bank yourself and get your own financing, the dealership is not your friend and they are not helping you. The dealership is there to help themselves and only have their interests in mind. More

We came in on a Thursday to test drive a couple vehicles, and by Friday I was leaving with one. Tanveer was my sales guy and he was a pleasure to work with. He took us through the vehicles, explained everything, and got us a good deal on the car, and my trade in. I would definitely recommend Knight Auto Haus to anyone who asks me, and I also definitely recommend working with Tanveer! When it came to the financing department, we dealt with Daniel. He was also awesome and very informative about all of the warranties and things we can add, (Tire protection, which I highly recommend). Overall it was a great experience, and I can confidently say that I will be going back when it's time for an upgrade to a new vehicle! More

Disappointed experience! She added extra 3000 on my car loan too!!!! She also told me I can not pay off my car load within 2 years, cause I trust her I did not collect this on She added extra 3000 on my car loan too!!!!
