Unprofessional financial manager I will keep this short. After I said no to the extended warranty Rui was very sad, he wouldn't reply to our insurance company and after three days of I will keep this short. I have only dealt with Honda, Acura and VW in the past and haven't had issues, with a growing family the low price of a Caravan is just too good of a deal.
