Had an appointment at 10:00 a. m. to have my winter tires already installed on rims to be put on the car, never got out of there until 1:30 p.m. this is not the first time that I ha m. to have my winter tires already installed on rims to be put on the car, never got out of there until 1:30 p.m. this is not the first time that I have been stuck in the service department for multiple hours for a job that only takes a short time to do. My only other choice is to drive to another dealer which is further away. I like to keep my car service by Hyundai by Frederickson Hyundai doesn't make this an easy feat. Not happy at all whatsoever. Put in a call to the service manager 2 days ago., Still have not heard back from her. It's too bad that the service has to suck because I truly do like my Hyundai and I have since 07 when I bought my first sonata. My 2007 sonata and then my 2010 Santa Fe was both purchased at a dealer in Edmonton. And I received nothing but absolute excellent service there. Too bad do you get played at the dealers around here. More
Had nothing but good experiences buying my car here but everything is fine until you need anything from the service department. My 2 year old car had the transmission go after only 70k. Called numerous times to talk to someone about it but was continuously sent to voicemail and didn't get to talk to anyone until I went to the dealership in person. With an 8 year extended warranty the only answer I got out of anyone was that it would be 3+ weeks until they can even think to look at the vehicle. That is fair and I get that they are busy but in the meantime they refuse to offer any sort of assistance as far as a replacement vehicle or rental. So if something happens to your car prepare to be without a vehicle for a month with no alternative means to get around. Have my name on a list for a 2024 PHEV with them, not likely going to follow through with that. More

I am not happy with fton hyundai,,,went in today just to get a bulb for my daylight running light,,parts dept couldnt find which bulb it was,,two people looking,,,was told we could put it in ourselves and g get a bulb for my daylight running light,,parts dept couldnt find which bulb it was,,two people looking,,,was told we could put it in ourselves and get it someplace else,,,they wanted us to make an apt ...and come back then,,for something that would of taken ten minutes to do...two bays were empty...this is the secound time their service has been very poor...looks like we will have to follow our son and go to woodstiock for much better service...it might be an hour away but service will be a lot better.sorry but it is what it is... More

I bought a $4000 extended warranty on my 2016 Elantra on the advace of the person who sold me the car. Four years into owning my vehicle, the air compressor went for the air conditioning (a $1500 job!) Th the advace of the person who sold me the car. It took forever for a decision to be made from head office. Finally, they said it was not covered. I really don't believe it. I think they just did not want to pay. Anyway, what is the use of an extended warranty if it does not cover anything?? More
