Don't trust them First off, I get a call from Raj saying he is reviewing my loan and needs additional information, which I gave him. The next day he calls and says I have been "approved" and all I had to do was drive my car away (his words) - I wasn't home so didn't call back right away. The next morning he calls AGAIN and says I have been approved but he has a BETTER car; I said "send me a link and I'll look at it" didn't get the email again and when I called back he said "just google fraser valley pre-owned for a list; which I did and told him which ones I was interested in. The next morning he again calls and says I am approved, come and get your car; so I booked an appointment for the following day. Not long after another person from there calls me and says I have been approved and my car is ready - when I said I was already talking to Raj he practically hung up on me. The next day I go to "pick up" my car but I wasn't approved they still needed MORE information. I was PISSED, how was I supposed to get the additional information when I wasn't at home??????? So I go home and get ANOTHER call from Raj saying AGAIN that I was approved and he would bring the car to me and I said do they need even MORE information; he said LET ME CALL YOU BACK. He didn't and I ignored the issue and went to get approved by another dealership - which I received but the car I was interested in was already sold so they are waiting for something similar to come in stock. Today, a Sonja calls from Fraser Valley Pre-owned and says I have been approved as long as I provide additional information. I think they are running some kind of scam; they have my pay information, my bank statements etc. and I wish I didn't give them that - if they are so sketchy how am I supposed to trust them to keep my information confidential????? As we left the dealership, our salesperson (A.J.) left a sold tag on that vehicle. After a few days of back and forth with this dealership we found out they sold the van. I assumed our deposit was to hold the vehicle. No! Why leave a deposit, you might as well leave a dirty sock because it won't make a difference. Yes we got our deposit back but lost a great vehicle.. their reason was that financing wasn't in place. Well.. they were the ones working on financing. Do not trust this dealership! More
Don't buy car from them. They are cheaters on all they told I bought a problem car from them. They promised me all the identified problems will be fixed. After two weeks, when I got the car, all the identified I bought a problem car from them. They promised me all the identified problems will be fixed. After two weeks, when I got the car, all the identified problems are still there. IE, they tried hide/disable the engine warning light without fix the engine. They promise to change you a new tire and then you will get the same bad one. They promise you give the 2 day/nights Vegas trip and it will never happened. Deposit, there is no way you can get it back. Don't go into their store can save your life. Trust Me. More

We decided we would test drive the vehicle and upon arrival the owner told us to take it over night and return the next day to decide, so we did. He overwhelmed us by saying he was all about convenience and saving time but sadly we never saw that to be true. After his harassing phone calls and pushy sales approach and numerous sales associates, they tried to cash out down payment cheque of 9,000$ which had conditions to be met before deposite was done. We hadn't even signed the paper work or signed the purchase and already they stole 9,000$ illegally, as we had a binding contract signed by both parties. They harassed my husband for over q week to come and sign for the vehicle even when we said we wanted our own private inspection done. They assured us we would find nothing because the record was squeaky clean. NOT TRUE! Oil leak and cracked wind shield. They assured us we would have our vehicle back in. 2 days to purchase which turned into over a week. They made us transfer insurance from our old vehicle to the new one three times! When we finally got the vehicle back the oil leak wasn't actually fixed as we went to our mechanic and he determined it was still in the same condition. The windshield is still cracked with no repair and all this took a week! We were told on the phone that they had customers in front of them and couldn't talk to us.. Cuz apparently we weren't buying a 30,000$ vehicle??? There is so much more and not enough time or care to think about them for another second. Pathetic service, broken vehicles, annoying sales and useless promises. Never go there, even if they start off by saying how helpful they are. Liars. More

Employees were goofing off or playing on their phones. I didnt feel welcome at all. It was like i wasnt good enough to be there. When I actually talked to sombody I could just tell that this place was just a typical sleazy used car dealership. I looked at a couple vehicles and left. Not buying there. More
