They seems to be nice and the owner doesn’t even come to speak with clients he send the son Ali all the time and he is so rude and arrogant , stay away from this people . So far I had to paid 1000 extras to fix my car 🤬😡 More

He went out of his way to pull out 12 cars in the showroom to allow me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. He replaced all pats on the car that needed to be replaced at no cost and hooked me up with a set of winter wheels for a very good price All in all quite good. Will be back More

bought a car here and got ripped offf bought my car here thinking everything was good they also sold me a aftermarket warranty for 3800 knowing that it wasnt going to benifit me because w bought my car here thinking everything was good they also sold me a aftermarket warranty for 3800 knowing that it wasnt going to benifit me because when my throttle actuators failed on my bmw m3 their 3rd party wattanty coverage did not accept my claim after the dealer stated that if i had endured any engine problem that this warranty would cover this. this is just the tip of the iceberg i later had found out 3 months after my purchase that my car had been in a previous accident that the did not tell me about the car proof was clean but im 100 percent that they knew about this, numerous auto body shops had told me that they had to have know about this and that the dealer had ripped me off big time More

Total waste of time I had seen a vehicle I liked, read their ad and financing as they promise higher rate of approval success, had some credit issues so I thought I w I had seen a vehicle I liked, read their ad and financing as they promise higher rate of approval success, had some credit issues so I thought I would give them a chance and went ahead did an application, I had to chase nick all the time for information, At the end didn't get anything, was offered a higher mileage vehicle with ridiculous payments and interest, not to mention the several places my credit went to. Very disappointing More

Con: After working many years in a dealership they could have put a little more into the reconditioning of the vehicle such as tire's which I am now needing to replace only after having purchased the vehicle in June 2017 and refinishing the rear bumper where they could have done a blown in for a small amount instead of buffing it out, which would have brought there investment to roughly $1000.00. When questioned on those two items there reply was " very little profit margin " I've heard that false phrase used before by other sales consultants. At the end of the day its all about the money not the customer experience. More
