Called right away and told them the two issues they called me back said they would tKe care of it and acted like they were doing me a huge favor. I dropped the car off to get the issues take care of . I took w0 minutes to find anyone who know why I was there. Finally got someone then they said they knew nothing about the visor. The manager does not return calls. You have to ge permisson to go over the border. You pay all this money for a vehicle and they act like it isn't yours. It has been just over a year and I'm buying a vehicle from a real dealeship and again Action and marc are giving me nothing but problems. It took a long time, lots of calls and emails to get the payout. Then I had to return the vehicle to London to get the gps out of it. They insisted that only I could bring it in. They said it could be two hours. I made an appintment came into town then was told it was going to take 4 bours bc they were just fitting it in when they could. I ended up losing almost a whole days pay. So glad to be rid of these clowns. More

John saved the day I must admit I had to take things a 'step up' and deal with John who took maters into his own hands to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I had issues with the vehicle from day 1 (December 24th, 2015). The vehicle I got was a 2010 Nissan Versa and had an issue with the fuel system. After several trips to mechanics (Finally Dale Downie Nissan mechanics were able to fix the issue), and driving a loner, it was resolved. Thank you John for all your help with this. More

Above and beyond I went to ezee credit in December of 2013 as I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I was put in a newer vehicle which was ideal at the time. Within a year of leasing this vehicle I began experiencing problems with it. This month (December 2015) my car needed a few thousand dollars in repairs. I went back to ezee credit action auto leasing and explained what was happening. The company went above and beyond working for three days to get me an affordable more reliable vehicle. Mark Deziel and Mo A. were not only pleasant to deal with they were my spokesperson and were by my side working with me and for me.
