This is the first timr I bought a car on my own and she spent alot of time with me to make sure I got what I needed and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want or need. She explained the whole process to me throughly. She even came in on her day off so I could finalize everything and pick up my car at the time she said it would be ready. I had an issue with a noise in my brakes and I called her and she had it in the next morning and it was fixed right away. Overall a great experience and I recommend if you want a car and have credit issues Cristana is the lady to see she was more than accomadating...and a super nice person. Thanks Cristiana I will definitely be back and send anyone who needs a vechile to see you. More
