FUYEZ FUYEZ! On m'a vendu une automobile accidentée et cassée pour le prix d'un véhicule neuf! J'ai fais vérifier l'auto chez Audi directement et l'automobile demande 2186$ de réparation! Entrepôt Durocher m'a assuré que TOUT était dans le 'A'. Mensonge totale dans 'l'inspection'. Des dizaines de pièces dans le moteur cassées, à remplacer, le véhicule pisse de l'huile à l'intérieur, le check engine est allumé depuis un mois et on a voulu vérifier l'auto seulement dans une semaine, malgré que je leur ai confirmé que l'auto met ma vie à risque. J'ai voulu un remboursement de ce que j'ai payé ces derniers 4 mois seulement. La directrice des ventes Alexandra Amyot m'a rassuré de vérifier l'automobile le lendemain selon MES disponibilités et finalement on m'appelle pour me donner rendez-vous dans une semaine parce que madame Amyot leur a dit de vérifier l'auto selon LEUR disponibilité. Mensonge, mensonge, mensonge!. On me fait payer la remorque pour leur ramener l'auto. Jamais j'aurais cru devoir faire appel à l'office de la protection des consommateurs, à un avocat et envoyer une mise en demeure. WORST PLACE YOU CAN BUY A CAR !! I left a deposit on a car that i was interested in. They told me i had 48 hours to decide if i wanted it or not. (They claim that they would do a 199 I left a deposit on a car that i was interested in. They told me i had 48 hours to decide if i wanted it or not. (They claim that they would do a 199 point inspection on the car) I agreed to the 48 hours providing the inspection would be done and i would be able to see the inspection report and see the car before i signed the sales contract. Needless to say the 48 hours turned into 3 weeks. They finally finished the inspection 3 weeks later and gave me a call to let me know the car was ready. The next day i showed up a Auto Durocher to see the inspection report and the car to decide if i was going to buy or not. I walked in to the reception and gave my name to the receptionist. She asked me to have a seat and said that someone with be with me shortly. A young lady came to see me and asked me to follow her to her office. Once we sat down she asked how i was going to pay for the car and started pulling sales contract as if i had already agreed to buy the car. I replied that i didn't agree to buy the car until i saw the inspection report and the car. She replied "oh! well ok most people do the inspection report and view the cars after the papers are signed." I was stunned at her response and said to her "are you kidding me" i came to see the inspection report and the car before signing anything, Who buys a car without seeing the inspection report. She replied i only take care of finance and not inspections so i will send you to the inspection department. Once at the inspection department i was met by a young man who proceeded to show me the report. Their report consists of a list of items that were inspected and beside each item there are letters A-B-C-N/A. A meaning good, B meaning acceptable, C meaning to be replaced and N/A meaning not applicable to the vehicle. So the young man stared to go through the report very quickly as if not wanting me to see what was actually inspected and sign the report. I quickly stopped him and asked him to hand me the report as i wanted to read through it carefully. Glad i did because i am pretty sure the car wasn't inspected. The report claimed the car had no sunroof and that the tires were all at 7/32 worn and some other stuff that i was not comfortable with. I asked to see the car before i signed anything, \the young man said ok and took me to the car. As we reached the car i started goin around it and noticing a couple of things. First thing i noticed was that the tires were all worn differently. One of the back tires was at 3/32 and had a 2 inch bubble on the sidewall of the tire. The other back tire was worn to about 4/32 and the front tired were about 6/32 worn. Then the hood of the car felt rough and a little like you were passing your hand on 400 sandpaper. I asked him what that was and he told me they did a compound on the hood. What!!! are you kidding me with this !! what kind of garage does a compound and leaves the finish like sandpaper. So he said he would go get the supervisor in charge of esthetics (Kevin). I proceeded to inspect the rest of the car while he went to fetch Kevin. I found that sandpaper feeling on the back of the 2 side mirrors and along the side of the passenger doors. By this time Kevin had arrived and explained that it was a light compound and that if i wanted them to do a second compound it would cost me roughly $300-$400. i looked at him and said are you kidding me!!! He then began to be rude and obnoxious. I cut it short right then and there. I told him do you think I'm an idiot!! Give me back my deposit i am definitely not buying this car. Well as i was getting my deposit back i found out that Kevin was the director of sales and not the esthetics supervisor. WOW!! I am a HR Director and needless to say if i had someone like that working for me he would be fired on the spot . These guys are crooks. They don't inspect the cars in my opinion and have rude and obnoxious directors that will tell you any lie to sell a car. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE TO BUY YOUR NEXT VEICHULE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCREWED!!! More

Ce sont des gens pas sérieux, et pas respectueux du client! Ce sont des gens pas sérieux du tout... Ils m'ont vendu un véhicule non-conforme (la batterie n'était pas adaptée pour le vehicule), preuve que leurs Ce sont des gens pas sérieux du tout... Sans compter que je n'ai pas eu tout les papiers du vehicule, et ils n'ont pas fait la job avec la SAAQ. A cause de la batterie, J'ai eu un accident, et une viste chez BMW a montré l'ampleur des réparations à faire sur le véhicule, dont certaines qui ont mis en danger ma famille (défaut de ceinture). Malgré plusieurs relances, ils n'ont jamais rien fait pour me dédommager, et j'ai fini par revendre ce véhicule à la moitié de son prix d'achat 2 mois plus tard. A fuir! More
