Can't find a better dealership Well...I'm buying my 3rd vehicle from Mr Abernethy at this dealership (have to call him Mr now that he's married!) That's a lot... (unless you have too much money and buying cars is a past time of yours..) I'm picky but I know what I want. I want top level customer service, nothing less than immediate attention and I want it yesterday. I have "tested" many dealership, and too many did not measure up. 3 times I have tested this dealership in sales, service and overall customer service. Not once has this dealership disappointed me in any of these categories. In fact, they exceeded my expectations every single time I have walked through those doors. And that is why I keep buying my vehicles there (and deal with the same awesomest epic sales dude!) and why I tell all my friends about Elgin Dodge. My husband and I bought vehicles there, my son bought one there and my friends buy their vehicles there. Eric in finance is simply the best and so easy to deal with. They make things happen! (You'd almost think they've abducted Merlin or somethin'...)Everyone there is super friendly and happy all the time (of course that could have something to do with all the coffee drinkage but let's not think about that right now...). If you need anymore convincing after reading this, you should have a serious talk with a psychologist. Better yet, call me...I'll convince you. Oh and they have free popcorn! And WIFI. And You can use a talet to pass the time, read the days newspaper or watch tv. Have a cup of free joe. I wouldn't be surprised if they add a foot masseuse next..! Did I mention TV and popcorn?
