2017 jeep purchase I was apprehensive at purchasing my jeep; however due to the service I received from Kurt he put me at ease and did the best he could for me. Lack of communication and customer service Unfortunately the overall buying experience was lacking on several fronts. Dave was courteous during the buying process which was brief as I knew what Unfortunately the overall buying experience was lacking on several fronts. Dave was courteous during the buying process which was brief as I knew what vehicle we were getting. I had to call in to check on dates to pick up as Dave never communicated after the deal was done unless I initiated contact. Chad was generally rude and very hurried during the finance process. We discovered someone at the dealership had backdated the paperwork and 3 payments in one week were deducted from the bank account. Chad Telfer basically refused to explain this or look into it and brushed it off as don't worry it's paying down faster. I had to call repeatedly to get an answer. I still have not received all the paperwork from this transaction that I have requested such as the non backdated purchase agreement and corrosion protection info. In addition, they were promising a gift for purchases made during a certain period and that never materialized, either. That may have been forgotten, which I understand but the whole experience was and remains unpleasant, to say the least. Thankfully the van is great! More
