In the beginning, I purchased many vehicles from Brent Kidder who now runs the dealership. He directed me to Jeff Lauzon and for years Jeff has earned my continued business. Chrysler is the only dealership in my experience where the good feeling last after the initial sale. The vehicle ownership experience for most is nerve-racking and can create anxiety which honestly is a reflection of negative experiences. At Elgin Chrysler, I'm excited each time I arrive and am greeted the same way whether I'm there to look at a new vehicle, need service or just have questions. (Not to mention the popcorn in the showroom is amazing!... wish they had a drive-thru) I have had Elgin Chrysler locate many vehicles for me over the years as they have earned the right to my business.
