Was very personal and comfortable.situation First was given wrong package with truck info no big deal but insurance was still not in package had to make another trip to broker to get slip. Most frustrating thing was condition of truck suppose to be detailed looked like someone ran vacuum over it really quick. Seats were stained which I bought upholstery cleaner and come up awesome,someone sprayed hinges on doors and white oversoray everywhere had to wipe all excess white grease off so noone got it on tjeir clothes getting in truck, basically was just very disappointed in the condition in which I received the vehicle for $20000. More

Over the time of a few days, and him always accomodating us, we found a "new to us" Dodge Ram.
