This first-time experience could not have been easier. I had been wanting to purchase a Jeep for a while, and when contacting Jeff he was attentive to my requests and extremely flexible when assisting me in finding my 'dream' Jeep. Jeff was very personable and understood exactly what I was wanting. He contacted me any time he found something he thought I may be interested in and when we finally found the one I wanted, the ease and comfort continued. This was the biggest purchase I had made thus far in my life and Jeff made it very managble and exciting for me! Jeff was an awesome salesman and I will highly recommend any of my friends or family to contact him when wanting to buy or trade in any of their vehicles. My parents had purchased their (new) 2004 Rubicon from Elgin Chrysler and have been very satisfied customers and encouraged me to go there as well. After my personal experience with Jeff as my salesman I will definitely be encouraging my family to buy from here as well! I will continue to go through Elgin Chrysler for all my jeep needs.
