Happy family From the time we entered the building until the time we drove our new truck off the lot we were left with the feeling that we were in control. We were allowed to stop the conversation/ backtrack for more information and overall encouraged to express our wishes and needs to be heard. We had our grandson along for the journey as an educational experience learning a bit about financing/ interest rates/ amortization and the importance of making the right choices about such an important decision. So much so he was ready to cancel his weekend trip to DarianLake theme park to be there at the dealership on the morning of delivery.
