Very Bad customer service I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. I was told I had purchased the top warranty plan for my used vehicle and now I'm to I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. I was told I had purchased the top warranty plan for my used vehicle and now I'm told most of the things I was promised are not available. No oil changes as promised are covered under the warranty. They conviently 'forget' what was discussed and promptly disagree with anything you say. This dealership makes the customer out to be a liar and has awful customer service. Would not recommend. More

Treated Like a Person, Not a Number I made an awful decision in going to a different dealership about 2 years ago, paid way too much on a truck and was just taken advantage of (young fir I made an awful decision in going to a different dealership about 2 years ago, paid way too much on a truck and was just taken advantage of (young first time buyer who made the mistake of drooling over her dream truck). Went into Edson Chrysler not expecting them to be able to do much, especially with the amount of money I still owed (originally went to the Liquidation Sale in town so I didn't have high hopes with what they were showing me) but I sat with Candy and we discussed my scenario and what I wanted. She immediately said they could help and we went in and talked to Wendy about a few vehicle options. Fell in love again and got a great deal, great trade in value, and my payments were very minimally affected. All of the ladies I dealt with worked some literal magic and were just fantastic! I came out with a new vehicle, and a lot of knowledge, I'll definitely be back. More

While we found cars we liked, the service and knowledge of the vehicle was limited, so we looked elsewhere. We decided to stop in Edson on the way home from Edmonton and felt welcome from the moment we walked in. We were so happy when they let our dog into the dealership and in the car for a test drive (we didn't even have to ask)! Candy answered every question about the vehicle effortlessly. Wendy accommodated our timeline and Amber and Kristina were super helpful when explaining everything to do with financing and payments. We will definitely be returning to Edson Chrysler when we're ready to trade in our two vehicle. Thank you for all your help ladies! More

Bought a 2013 Dodge Journey I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey on April 28th, 2016. I was happy with the friendliness of the staff, and the vehicle. I appreciated the warranty pack I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey on April 28th, 2016. I was happy with the friendliness of the staff, and the vehicle. I appreciated the warranty package I was offered, what I didn't care for, was that the vehicle smells like it has been smoked in, which wasn't told to me, but I should have asked, and also the $849.00 protection package fee that wasn't disclosed to me until after I said yes to the deal. I believe the price was reasonable for the vehicle for a local dealership, edmonton vehicle prices are more competitive, but you are only offered 3rd party warranty which isn't something I wanted. Overall I'm satisfied with everything. More

BROUGHT ME BACK TO BUYING LOCAL! I was about to walk out on a deal I had made when a mistake was made on the price I had agreed to pay for the vehicle.
