I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership when ordering a Sequoia. The sales representative had limited knowledge of the vehicle, but I proceeded with the order. After several months, I was contacted by Afran Hafeez (Sales Manager at the time), who told me the vehicle would arrive within approximately two months and that he would follow up. However, no follow-up ever came. When I tried to contact him, my calls and voicemail were not returned. When I visited in person, he told me he does not check voicemail and only responds to emails, which I found unprofessional. I escalated the issue to James Godfrey, who was apologetic and assured me this was not typical. Unfortunately, that did not reflect my experience. I later referred a friend to the dealership, and he encountered similar issues. Afran again provided timelines that were not met, and after multiple attempts to follow up, my friend was eventually told that Afran had moved to Lexus and could no longer assist. James Godfrey again assured us he would follow up, but neither of us received any further communication. My friend ultimately purchased his vehicle from another dealership. Based on these repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this dealership. There are clear issues with communication, follow-through, and accountability. More
Charged $550 for oil change and exchange store winter tires. Charged $84 labour to replace cabin filter plus $40 cost of filter and $34 dollars labour to replace engine air filter. Upon compliant they 0ffered reduced bill $34. Finally offered a free oil change in future. Feel service is dishonest and misleading in pricing. Only on compliant backs down. Will not return. More
I had a nightmarish experience. I took my car in for an oil change and service, and while moving it inside the service station, the driver scratched it. The sales rep assured me they would repair it, but said I’d have to send it to the workshop — and because they were “too busy,” I wouldn’t get my car back for 15 days. I argued and made it clear that I could not be without my car for that long. Six months later, another sales rep called with a service reminder. I brought up the unresolved scratch, but instead of showing any courtesy or taking responsibility, they simply said they would remove my name from their regular maintenance reminders. No apology. No solution. Just indifference. More
Eastway Toyota Windsor On sales are good but reception as specially the person person answering the phone are very rude thinking they don't need customers instead customers need them. i personally think as specially the person person answering the phone are very rude thinking they don't need customers instead customers need them. i personally think they need better training. or we have other Toyota Dealer in the province of Ontario. I began my relationship with Toyota on a friendly and very happy note. I had great service and they provided a shuttle service to Kingsville from Windsor for my 2020 RAV4. At first, we had a deal where I would sign off and receive a car to drive while they took and serviced my car. After 2 services, I was told that I was not allowed to do that. When I questioned it, they told me that we have never had that system in place and only Lexus drivers received a service vehicle. Strike 1. For my next service, they told me that there were new fees on a valet service to Kingsville. Now, I was to pay $50.00 for the trip. They implemented this, but did not tell customers until they booked a service. They changed the rules of engagement. Fine, on the day of the service which is a routine service, I had my partner drop the car off for me. I had already discussed with service all of the things that were meant to happen on the car. All was well. They made my partner wait upwards of 45minutes to discuss the service with her. She was merely dropping off MY car, we had already discussed the plans for the service. Next I was getting updates via text, I was teaching so I was not able to readily respond. My partner was then being asked what to do (they wanted to rotate tires and change a filter). Both of these things sounded fine to me, they didn't attach prices to me in the text, but I figured an extra hundred on the price tag wouldn't be that bad. Parts like filters and oil etc. got the price up to about 240.00. I'm still okay with that. Labour though is what put me over the edge. 777.00 for labour. 3 times the amount of the parts. When I look at the invoice, I see normal things like changed filter, blew out lines etc. This wasn't a service on a highly worked over car, It's 5 years old with 43,000km on the clock. With taxes, the bill was over 1000.00. When I asked the service person why the bill was so high, she blamed tariffs and the high cost of parts. I argued that the parts were not the issue, it was the labour cost. I was not happy with the answer, nor was anything more said when I couldn't believe that tariffs could be the ultimate culprit. I then went to another dealership and checked out some new vehicles. I sold my lease to another dealership and walked out with a better warranty, a better car, and a better state of mind. Eastway Toyota service on a Thursday. New car by Saturday. I will not be returning. More
Service department was terrible, never returned my phone calls concerning an issue with my Lexus. The sales team was good, explained everything clearly to me, and found proper vehicle that fit my needs. But, the finance was not nice. Instead of certified check, they required wire transfer, the lady insi me, and found proper vehicle that fit my needs. But, the finance was not nice. Instead of certified check, they required wire transfer, the lady insisted I pay the wire transfer fee, and would get me reimbursed "in one week". Now, it's 2 months since then, and she never replied my e-mails! Update: after this review, I got contacted immediately, and got my reimbursement at the same day. More

The Finance Manager , Christine Ourchane, has always been helpful and willing to accommodate when I show I have always received exceptional service.
