"Good/honest salesmen"

I've had the pleasure of buying 3 vehicles here and leasing 1. Each time I've dealt with Emmanuel, a really nice guy originally from France I believe. After I had a disastrous experience at other Ford dealerships trying to find a particular truck, with one meeting with him, he was able to find what I needed and explained a bit the process of how it works trading vehicles with other dealerships and it was really quite pleasant. When I grew my company and needed more trucks I always went back with him. Any type of issue (and there was only paperwork complications going from registered to incorporated company etc) but any issue at all, I went to him and he put me in contact with the right person. I've always felt that most peoples bad experiences is often because you deal with someone who is trying to help you but its beyond their competency. With Emmanuel he knew exactly which person was the right person to resolve any type of particular issue. Besides that, there was never any pressure sales and always had fun test driving the vehicles. All the other staff is very friendly. The mechanic aspect is a bit pricey but that's the case with most dealership garages. I've been very satisfied with my experience there. When my lease is up, I will probably be getting another vehicle elsewhere simply because my wife doesn't want me to have a truck (I have enough with the company trucks!) and Ford doesn't carry a diverse amount of cars anymore. I would definitely recommend going to buy new there because that's been my experience and compared to other dealerships, it was quite open, honest and pleasant -Mike Plomberie et Chauffage M.D. Inc.

"I’m kinda a service employee"

I’m so tired of the never-ends service and the fact that my car never been properly fixed ever. If you get your car back after weeks and the check engine is still on then this is your responsibility if your car breaks down. If the cooling system been repaired 3 times and still the car breaks down that’s your fault.

"terrible sales and service"

I bought an Ecosports 2018 on June 5th. At that day when I went there to pick up my car, I found the back seats were not set up well and the drip moldings had problem. Then the sales man said he would ask the service to order the parts and made an appointment for me as long as they got the parts. Then he help me make an appointment on June 18th. But when my husband arrived there on time, they told him they didn't get the parts.(the salesman said they forgot to order), but nobody informed us that before we went there. my husband asked 3 hours dayoff to there. They didn't even say sorry , they just tell him they will order the parts then make another appointment. I am extremely upset. I made a complaint, the sale department director proposal me $200 the dealer credit , I didn't take it because they lost my trust at beginning. By the way , their salesman made a lot of mistake and make the sale process was confusion and unorganized.

"after service of transmission my RPM keeps going up and down"

still in discussion with them over as they report my air conditioning needs to be replaced had them do the work after 5 days i went back paid my 800 dollars and left with the same problem now they telling me its not the same problem and they only fixed one part some other part needs fixing. and still had to pay again to have them check again not taking this lying down they will have to fix it on there cost or this is going to be war.
