When we purchased a brand new 2016 Ram 2500 in April of 2016 we had a great experience. The salesman worked hard to get us into the truck we wanted, and unfortuantely, Dennis is no longer with Denham, and ever since we have received TERRIBLE customer service.
We have been having trouble with the paint on this brand new truck. It is now less than a year old and I am writing this review as the truck is at the auto body shop getting the fender & bumper repainted (at our expense) due to the paint peeling and very severe rock chips (to the point that it's rusting). We went back and forth with Denham about this for almost a year (summer 2016-Mar.2017) and have just been told they weren't going to do anything for us.
The result is crappy- that they won't help us. But the attitude of the General Manager is what really gets me. He basically hung up on my Fiancé after saying they wouldn't do anything. In the time that we were trying to get this worked out, the Service Manager ALWAYS said "I'll get back to you by end of day" then weeks would pass and we would end up calling again or stopping in as our calls weren't being returned.
Long story short, Denham will not be recieving any more service from us. Once the truck is no longer on warranty, they will not see us again. After this issue and speaking with friends and colleagues, we have heard that we aren't the first to experience something like this!
