When my husband and I first started looking for a vehicle, we were considering an older used Yukon Denali. After much debate, we decided to go for a much newer model but what we liked about Sheila, was that she treated and gave us a great experience regardless of how much we spent. John and Sheila worked with us, giving us a fair deal, as we too have a budget! Robin, in financing, was very good at explaining the different options that were available to us. He went above and beyond to find financing for us and make the transaction process less "painless". With the papers all signed, Sheila then took me around to all of the many service departments within the building. First stop was the detail centre where we could get any accessory, pin-striping, and clean detailing done. Something we will definitely be using down the road! Next stop was the autobody service. What a great idea to have the auto body shop in with the parts and service centre! It saves a lot of time if they aren't waiting for parts for your vehicle! The parts and service area was next. There is over $800,00 in inventory on site so the service centre usually has the part you need on hand and can tend to your issue(s) that very day. If that doesn't impress you, they also have a tire and lube centre there! With all these services in one stop, you can kick back in the comfy lounge with tv, iPads with wifi, complimentary coffee, juice, water and pop, pass the time as you wait. Why go anywhere else? Sheila set up the navigator system, On Star and blue tooth before taking possession of our new baby! She also explained all of the extra options our vehicle came with but before heading home, she filled the tank up with fuel ... Filled is the key word! We were very satisfied with our experience at Davis Pontiac in Medicine Hat and highly recommend checking them out the next time you are in need of any of their services! More

I figured, even with winter upon us, this would be a good time to start looking for a summer car. Went online to Kijiji and found a 2008 Z06 Corvette at Davis GMC Buick. Tony was great to deal with- friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt on returning phone calls and emails. I was able to get a hold of him at any time. Tony provided fantastic service. I am from out of province and required the car to be shipped. Tony took the time to call some car haulers and get pricing. When it came time for the car to be delivered, he took the extra effort to ensure that the car was loaded properly and that everything went smoothly. After the sale, again Ted delivered on all of his promises and followed up to ensure that we were satisfied and to comfort us that we could contact him at any time if we had any questions or needed anything else.
