I priced out a 2013 Sierra 2500HD GFX from a dealership in another city. I gave John Corlett one shot to give his best price and he won my business. Not only was the price more than competitive, but his demeanour and willingness to EARN my business was incredible. At the time, Justin Bossence was in finance and was great as well. Later that year we decided to add a third vehicle and found a one year old Buick at another Davis dealership. Again, they offered a great price and brought the car to the 'Hat for us. This time we dealt with Robin Lane in finance. Now, Robin knew the right balance for after purchase sales (warranty etc.). Great guy! Within a year we decided the Buick just didn't meet our needs anymore and traded the Yukon and the Buick on a 2 for 1 deal for a 2015 Sierra. Yep - a Sierra Family! Ok so when you trade in you get screwed, right? Well, not at Davis! Justin Bossence, now out of the Finance Office and on the floor making deals, won our business, hands down. This guy is a workhorse! He teamed up with John Corlett to again give us a great deal, firm handshake, and great, personable service. Once again, we sat in the office of Robin Lane to sign papers. We're not buyers of al those extras - In fact, just give me the keys to my truck! Robin gets that! He presents what he needs to and nothing more, knowing my opinion. I respect that. Before we leave with keys, John Corlett seeks us out and thanks us again for the business. I was happy to sit in the passenger seat as it rolled out the showroom - that wife of mine drove away in the truck she wanted! On a side note, I had attended the showroom a few weeks earlier and spoke with Tim Davis, Justin Bossence, and John Corlett. I was looking for an opinion on work issue.. These guys stepped up and were willing to take a few moments with something that helped our community and had nothing to do with their business! Initially we just went in to price things out and get our options as our current lease was due to expire soon. We were not aware that the current program GM was offering was over that day so we felt a bit rushed into making our decision. However we felt that we were getting a good deal and hated to leave it. We found ourselves doing more research after the fact and checking consumer reports etc, a process we normally do prior to buying. I guess our timing was not the best but the service was excellent. Nancy in the office was very efficient and polite and friendly as well in helping us. More
