lemme tell ya about this Sheila lady My fiancee and I "went looking" for a minivan. She has four kids, one of which is severely disabled. So we spoke to a couple of dealers, had a look ab My fiancee and I "went looking" for a minivan. She has four kids, one of which is severely disabled. So we spoke to a couple of dealers, had a look about. We happened across Davis, and decided to take a look. Turns out there were a couple of Grand Caravans. Just what we were looking for. We went in and were greeted by Sheila. Good handshake. Nice eye contact. We stepped into her office, and I said "looking for a grand caravan" what followed was a wonderful conversation about kids, dogs, wedding venues, all late in the day. Sheila went out of her way not to just discuss features and mileage, but our busy lives. She then introduced me to a quite new, handsomely featured caravan at such a good price, I had to ask if it was on fire. We were then introduced to a terrific lady named Nancy, who helped us get really good financing, and I now owe a cheesecake. Long story. More

Lack of communication I was recently looking at a used car there and was in contact with the dealership for a while (emails because I do not live there). After about a week I was recently looking at a used car there and was in contact with the dealership for a while (emails because I do not live there). After about a week, my emails stopped getting responses. I would call but I work 12 hour days and it is difficult to talk on my phone at times. I have received no explanation as to why my emails don't get any response and am quite frustrated. I had to resort to contacting a dealership in Lethbridge to see about having the car brought down here as I no longer want to make the effort to come up there if I wont be given the time of day. More

Non Pushy We just bought a used Chevrolet Tahoe from Don and he was great. I do not like pushy salesmen and he was excellent in that department. Also checking online at other dealers, kijiji and autotrader, the price was a very good one. They had a little promotion where you drew cards to win something, Don and Julie made it fun! We have dealt with Davis for numerous things in the past, vehicles, oil changes, maintenance, service work and a couple times getting detailed. We really have not much to complain about.
