I would say my experience of buying this vehicle through Davis was the most positive. We never felt pressured and all the staff was very knowledgeable about their product and area of expertise. Our salesman was Robert Tuck, I would recommend him to anyone. Though he is relatively new as a salesman, it is obvious he has made the effort to be knowledgeable about the vehicles and the systems contained within them, as well his demeanor is very friendly and helpful making the experience relaxed and positive. Overall it was a great experience When I entered Davis for the first time, I was greeted by a not so friendly receptionist. However thereafter it was filled with a lot of friendly staf When I entered Davis for the first time, I was greeted by a not so friendly receptionist. However thereafter it was filled with a lot of friendly staff. I first spoke with Dan the manager as I know his wife, he then sent Dave my way. Dave was very friendly, relaxed and not pushy at all. I spent a couple hours there my first visit, and many of the staff greeted me throughout that time. Between approval and pick up was a long process and this is where I got rather disappointed. I signed paperwork on Tuesday I believe and was informed the vehicle wold be ready Friday. I talked to Dave and said I am only available between 10-12 on Friday so I hope that works. He never replied. I contacted him Thursday asking if it would be done Friday to which he replied "yes it sure will be". I reminded him I am only available between 10-12, unfortunately rather than working around my schedule, I was asked to come in at 0930 Saturday morning to meet wth the finance person. Not only was I disappointed I couldn't get my car, but the fact I had to come in really early on Saturday(I work full time and go to school full time so when I get the opportunity to sleep in, it's rare and needed). I arrived at 0930, and was not seen by Robin the finance guy until 1000. This was extremely frustrating to me..and hugely unprofessional. After that, there was congratulations from all staff, dave helped me set up on star and I was on my way. I would still recommend davis because it was a relaxed environment with no pushy salesmen but I think they all need to take into consideration the BUYERS time. More

Great staff! Was dealing with Robert Tuck in August, while we were looking for SUV for my husband. Of course he found exactly what I wanted (even though I thought I wanted something else), at a great price. Everyone here seems genuinely interested in making you a "customer for life".
