1.5 hour long oil change. Was fairly slow. They took my truck in right away for an oil change. Rotated tires and changed a cab air filter and took 1.5 hours. Can do all that my Was fairly slow. Once done free oil changes most likely won’t go back. Feel like I was being played. Service rep told me check engine light came on due to low DEF fluid. Two days before taking in for service I filled full. She told me mechanic is looking into it I waited 30 minutes went to the desk and my keys were sitting on her counter. I paid and she told me they are still working on it (first of all if it low check the level indicator) I called her out on my keys sitting on her counter she handed them to me and I was on my way......
