Fantastic I went to this dealership to buy a used Cadillac. I spoke to sales lady Melissa Wakefield, She tried her best to find me a Cadillac. Brent Eisen the sales manager did his best to give me the best price. Stefany Skibinsky was very efficient writing up the deal. Then there was Jarrett King he spent 2 hours with my wife and I showing us how everything works. I did not know there was any one that knew a car like he does. He was absolutely fantastic. More

First I saw the car in their website, which was exactly the one I was dreaming to own. FROM THE VERY FIRST POINT OF CONTACT TO DAVIC GCM,TILL I GET THE KEYS , I WAS ASSISTED BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. SPECIAL THANKS TO Gord Ainscough , who sent me the map to reach Lethbridge from Calgary and called several times to ensure I’m reaching the right destination. We had a test drive and he explained every feature of the car with details. He had excellent knowledge on all accessories and features, which he presented in a very professional manner. Even though I liked the car so much, I had to face unexpected issue in financing. But with many follow up calls, Gord and Russ tried their level best to arrange the financing for me. I have even given up hopes on the car at thas point. But Russ finally brought the good news for me and I was able to own the car I dreamt. I never felt I bought a pre-owned car due to the excellent condition, and the perception entire Davis team created on my mind. Car was excellent and when handing over even the gas tank was filled fully. ? There were minor things to be fixed in the windshield and the handle. Without hesitation, they fixed it before handing over the car to me. Even after driving the car home I got follow up calls from Gord to ensure everything was ok. Overall experience I received from Davis was beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Special thank to Gord for his outstanding support, professionalism and friendly manner throughout the deal. And Russ, for the immense support given to make impossible deal a possibility.
