Smooth and easy I recently purchased a truck from Davis GMC. I inquired bye-mail about the truck on Labor Day and was surprised to be contacted later that day by Krys I recently purchased a truck from Davis GMC. I inquired bye-mail about the truck on Labor Day and was surprised to be contacted later that day by Krysta. She was very friendly and efficient. With in a couple of days I had traded my truck on one of theirs and financing had been put in place. I arrived to pick up the vehicle on the following Saturday and discovered they were off-site doing a show at a mall. No problem Krysta was there to meet us and ran through the details of the sale and then headed off to the mall leaving us in Torin's capable hands. Torin took time to explain the electronic components of the truck both the entertainment and drivabilty features of the vehicle after over an hour with us we felt confident in the operation of the features however he handed us his card and encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions. Again excellent service. The next stop was financing with Stefany (in on her day off) to complete the paperwork. I asked why she didn't just let someone else deal with signings but she said she preferred to see the deal through to the end as well as meet her clients. Very friendly but also professional. I was in town getting a hitch put in the truck a few days later and Krysta bought me lunch and took the time to come chat so we got to learn a little about each other. The entire experience of dealing with this group of people left me feeling like a client rather than a sale. More
