Great Friendly Service Steve was awesome to deal with. I contacted him earlier in the spring and test drove a vehicle. Great Customer Experience I went in to buy my first new vehicle. I dealt with Krysta, who was very enthusiastic and personable. She showed me exactly what I wanted to see and d I went in to buy my first new vehicle. I dealt with Krysta, who was very enthusiastic and personable. She showed me exactly what I wanted to see and didn't try to "upsell" me on a vehicle with features that I didn't want or need. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign anything right away, she was very easy going and willing to give me time to think things over. She informed me very promptly after our initial meeting that my vehicle came up for an additional discount, which solidified my decision to buy. Overall a really great experience dealing with her. Stefany in the finance department was also excellent. She was very good at explaining what each form was that needed to be signed and didn't drag things out. She was quick and precise. I felt even less pressure, if that is possible, from her to purchase any of the protection plans or vehicle options. Finally, Jarrett and Torin were fabulous going through the vehicle when I picked it up. My vehicle has so many features I likely never would have figured out on my own. That was time truly well spent learning how to do everything. My wife (who owns a different brand of vehicle entirely) learned a lot about her own vehicle's features just listening! This is a value-added service that goes above and beyond expectation. Overall, my experience was tremendous. I got a ridiculously great deal on a new truck through the Black Savings deal. I am super happy with my truck and even happier with everyone I got to deal with. I will gladly go back to Davis GMC when it is time to purchase a new vehicle down the road. More
