Never return phone calls Have been trying to get some warranty work done through coast to coast, had a quote done, that took a week to do ( had to phone to ask if they had don Have been trying to get some warranty work done through coast to coast, had a quote done, that took a week to do ( had to phone to ask if they had done one, which they never had) told me he would do one up and call me back, never phoned back. Called back several times and left messages to call me back, going on 3 weeks still no response. I find it kind of fishy that everytime I bring my vehicle in for service they find something wrong, I don’t fix it and it is not a problem the next time I bring it in and something else is broken. Krysta was great help I told her what I was looking for and they had it on the lot! Krysta helped me pick out some accessories for my truck and they got them installed in a few days! She helped me through the process in trading my 2018 GMC canyon for the 2019 GMC Sierra! Krysta made trading my 2018 very easy and very simple into getting into my new 2019 😊😀 Stefany was great help , she made the finance aspect of it very easy to understand and we went over the paperwork in less than an hour! Stefany helped me with getting some accessories and I had asked about some things and Stefany helped me get the best of what I was looking for! Stefany made it very easy with understanding all the finance paperwork! They answered all the questions I had about the truck. Russ Mezei in finance was very helpful in explaining all the options they were offering. Jarrett King went over every option the truck had and was very helpful showing us how everything worked. I went back a few days later with some questions Steve helped me out and was very accessible.
