This was our second vehicle bought from Davis and Max was our salesmen on both occasions. We are from edmonton and first bought a Buick enclave when Max was dealing with the used car department. The price and options and service we rec'vd was our reason for looking into Davis stock on new serria trucks. To our surprise when we called Max back he had now moved into the new car department. Once again, price, options and service made us decide to drive down 6 hours to Lethbridge put in the final paper work together and drive home in my new truck. To be honest both my husband and I were so shocked to see how young Max was. We were thinking we were dealing with a much older much more seasoned sales person by the way we were treated so great. He's a keeper if you want your dealership to strive. Also Clay in the finance department was also the best to us. We recommed to all our friends and people looking for a good deal (who thought we were crazy to buy not just one very expensive vehicle but two from a dealership so far away and never even tested driven the vehicle)to check out your web site before deciding on a car or truck here in the city of edmonton. The customer service I received with Davis GMC Buick Lethbridge can really only be described as EXCEPTIONAL. Rafael absolutely went out of his way to ensure that I had a vehicle which was affordable AN Lethbridge can really only be described as EXCEPTIONAL. Rafael absolutely went out of his way to ensure that I had a vehicle which was affordable AND going to fit mine and my family's needs. He arranged shuttles to pick me up when I didn't have a vehicle. He let me test drive extensively any vehicle I showed interest in. He made sure I had a reliable ride while I was shopping for the right vehicle. Even after I had made my purchase, Rafael continued to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring me a vehicle while mine was being detailed and even put new tires on the vehicle I had purchased. All the staff were very friendly and would greet me as I entered the building, and every time (even when I became a familiar face) I was offered a coffee or tea while I waited. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be going back when I choose to buy a new vehicle. More

We located the vehicle we were interested in on the internet and sent Max an email on a Sunday not expecting a reply til the next day but heard back within an hour. Called Max the next day and made a deal over the phone. Max gave us a description of the vehicle and condition as we live 300 miles away and it was a little inconvenient to travel to have a look. He told us it wouldn't be ready for a few days but the dealership (he) would bring it to us. When it arrived it was exactly how he described and maybe in even better condition. Max spent time to make sure my wife knew how everything worked and tell her if she had a problem to phone him. We felt Max was one of the better salesman we have dealt with and instilled a sense of trust and that he actually cared that we were happy with our purchase. We have already recommended Max and Davis to friends. I beleive that anyone buying from Max or Davis will have a great customer experience. So once again we would like to Thank Max and Davis GM for a great buying experience. More

Steve worked with me over several months as I was trying to decide what and when to buy. He kept in contact, but was not overbearing in that regard. We had been looking for a Buick Enclave and had looked at other GMC dealerships. We wern't happy with how we were treated elsewhere, so went looking on the internet at GM dealerships and found Davis's webpag other GMC dealerships. We wern't happy with how we were treated elsewhere, so went looking on the internet at GM dealerships and found Davis's webpage and thus Max, online. Max was very nice to work with and immediately started sending me the required info on Enclaves that he had available. We went to Lethbridge to look at a specific Enclave but it ended in an accident before we could see it. So Max arranged for us to see some other Buick Enclaves but also thought we might like to see a GMC Acadia Denali that was very similar to the Enclaves, that he had on the lot. After viewing the GMC Acadia Denali, we loved it. We then went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle, Max was great to work with on the sale, getting us the best deal, we think. As we had compared prices when we were looking at the Enclaves at other dealerships, we found that Davis's price were far more fair than other dealerships. So because of Max, who is one of the best salesmen we have worked with ever...he is honest and trustworthy, we bought the 2011 GMC Denali Acadia and we are extremely happy with our vehicle and feel we got the best deal possible. Thank you Max,,,you are a great person to work with...And Davis GMC is one of the best dealerships around for getting the best deal. Dealing with Max was about the easiest transaction I have ever done Max's knowledge,misdemeanor and politeness was off the charts. I was impressed he took the time to go through the Kia Soul vehicle they wer ever done Max's knowledge,misdemeanor and politeness was off the charts. I was impressed he took the time to go through the Kia Soul vehicle they were selling to make sure he could explain all the bells and whistles on the car although the car is not a brand they typically sell.I live in Calgary Alberta which is approximately a 2 hour drive each way and it was well worth the drive for the service I recieved. The only thing I was a little shocked with was the price if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty the one option was over 10% of the price of the vehicle, More
