I believe with the nature of new cars you are buying the "dealer" almost more than you are a car. For these reasons I felt comfortable dealing with Davis. The experience was positive, the sales staff gave you room to look until you were ready to talk. Additionally I had a number in mind prior to any discussions [both for the value of my Grand Prix and what the ultimate difference was] and I found I was treated fairly and it was not difficult to settle on the ultimate price. "Peterborough, Ontario to Lethbridge, Alberta ! " Everyone thought I was crazy to drive to Lethbridge, from Ontario, to buy a truck. Dave Tamura, my sales guy, was very professional and very obliging in answering all my questions. He was always polite and very prompt in getting back to me. Once out there, he took the time to go over the truck and program my phone with blue tooth.
