" Efficient " Davis GM is a very smooth running organization ! Jarrett was very knowlegable and thorough, he walked me through all the aspects of my new vehicle , a Davis GM is a very smooth running organization ! Jarrett was very knowlegable and thorough, he walked me through all the aspects of my new vehicle , answered all my questions and offered me additional assistance if and when we might require it at a later date. No complaints here. . . good job Jarrett! Krista was a pleasure to deal with as well, she was very efficient and knowlegable, she informed me of my various options and proceeded with the process with no delays. Amazing service Mark Peterson was great. Went above the call of duty with us, came in on his time off to go over the "new to us" vehicle we purchased. We love our 2 Mark Peterson was great. The costomer service we received from all staff we enncountered at the dealership was outstanding, they made us feel so welcome and that our business was appreciated. Keep up the good work. Busted Email chatted with Dave inquiring about a car they had on kijji....he was very friendly and helpful....made arrangements with him to stop at their dea Email chatted with Dave inquiring about a car they had on kijji....he was very friendly and helpful....made arrangements with him to stop at their dealership on our way to ski....texted back and forth that morning to let him know we were on our way...and get directions....all was a go. When we get there, he can't find the keys, his boss has decided that the car should go to a different dealership for a car show that day! Don't you think he could have informed me? I'm just thankful I hadn't made a special 4 1/2hr drive just to look at the car! Not a classy move! Would never recommend this dealership....very poor...very poor! Not sure who the manager was that phoned me....pleasant to chat with on the phone but just a very displeasing overall experience! More

I dealt with colton at focus originally and then at Davis through the same buying process - his service and dedication to finding me a vehicle was out I dealt with colton at focus originally and then at Davis through the same buying process - his service and dedication to finding me a vehicle was outstanding - he contacted me when or before he said he would he made sure I got what I wanted efficiently and has since followed up with me to ensure all is well - I would recommend colton to anyone as his service was excellent :) - the in between process got a bit rocky as colton was away and I did not receive the same service from others but the sale was closed by colton and he delivered my vehicle to me at work - excellent job and overall my experience was great - Jodie was also excellent explained everything in detail and helped me with the financing process - job well done davis More
