Neil who Is the sales manager (not sure about his exact position) was also supremely helpful and took extra time to call me back and give me some great advice on a box cover for the truck. Jarrett gave me a tour of the truck features and explained how everything worked. It was the best, most efficient, and most organized tutorial for a new car that I have ever experienced. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Davis to anyone looking for a new car or truck. More

Amazing friendly courteous. accommodating service We had been looking for a truck for over a year. My husband found one posted on kijiji but there were no pictures of the truck. He contacted the deale We had been looking for a truck for over a year. My husband found one posted on kijiji but there were no pictures of the truck. He contacted the dealership and Bryce Pierson, who was filling in for Rebekah Crabb who was serving another customer, called him back shortly thereafter informing us that the truck was heading to the states. He said they could hold it if we were interested. He also sent us pictures of the vehicle after going back on our request to take pictures of the motor and the inside of the back seats to make sure we would be able to attach a car seat for our granddaughter. After leaving a deposit they held the truck for us till we could fly down. We flew in from Winnipeg and were picked up from the hotel by Walter and taken to meet with Rebekah and Bryce. The truck was ready for us out front of the dealership. We went out on a test drive and even went to a Tims for a coffee on my husbands request. weird I know. They didn't bat an eye. She even paid for them. We went back to the dealership and closed the deal with Krista McLean who took care of all the financial requirements.making sure we had all the documents required by both Alberta and Manitoba governments. While we waited for our Manitoba insurance broker to fax back documents so we could drive the truck home both Monika and Deb from reception kept checking the fax machine to see if the forms arrived. Thank you for your patience with two very anxious customers. Thank you also to the service team Rebekah introduced us to. John and Phil in parts dept. they called and found us a pair of duramax mudflaps for the back of our truck and had them installed in no time at all by the auto body shop. While waiting we were even invited to join them for a bbq lunch of delicious burgers and salads. Before we left for home they stunned us with a gift card for our favourite coffee shop and a thank you card for our business. When we arrived home there was another thank you card in our mailbox. Imagine that being thanked to do business with them. We were treated like royalty they all went above and beyond. Words don't even come close to convey the service we received. In Manitoba there is a town that's slogan says it's worth the trip well for us it was definitely worth a trip to Lethbridge and especially the crew at Davis Gmc Buick. Our heartfelt thank you to everyone who had anything to do with the sale. We would definitely recommend Davis and return to buy another vehicle when the time comes. More
