First time GMC buyer I recently purchased my FIRST GMC and am so excited to get to know my new Acadia! Jarrett was very very good explaining all the bells and whistles... Jarrett was very very good explaining all the bells and whistles.... how much I actually retained is yet to be seen, although not to his fault! This is a pretty snazzy car! I have to be honest, I never received even close to this customer service with the purchase of my last car. Jarrett knows these vehicles inside and out, that is clear. Great Online Service!! I was online in BC looking at 2016 Buick Enclaves when I saw a slightly used beauty offered by Davis GM. I sent a quick email and was surprised to g I was online in BC looking at 2016 Buick Enclaves when I saw a slightly used beauty offered by Davis GM. I sent a quick email and was surprised to get a phone call from Gord Ainscough within about 3 minutes and the rest is history. The next morning Brice Pearson, Sales Manager called to introduce himself, and phone calls and emails went back and forth between Gord, Brice and me for a few days until the deal was done. The big question was 'how was I going to get my trade-in to them and pick up my new car"? When Brice told me Davis GM would arrange to have the car driven to Edson at no cost to me, I was thrilled! I have continued to receive great service from Davis GM and, in particular, Gord Ainscough since I brought the car back to central BC. More

She made a special trip to the detail shop to view a vehicle we liked that was not yet on the lot. Ultimately this was the vehicle we choose. Russell, the financial manager, was also very knowledgeable and worked out some numbers we could live with. Jerrett, the tech specialist, was amazing! He spent over an hour explaining all the "gadgets " our vehicle has. He also set up our Bluetooth and walked us through and helped us set up the free on star.
