It was a time consuming and frustrating process so when I found a vehicle I liked on the Davis website and called and firmly asked to speak with someone who's not an assole and very competent. I was transferred to Rebekah and from that point on we worked together primarily via email which was helpful given my schedule and my husband's travel. She promptly answered all our questions in full and when the deal started to formulate she got right on top of things. She never pressued us. The negotiations were fair and we were happy with the agreed upon price and accessories. We very much appreciated Brent's involvement along with Rebekah.., it seemed like the pair were able to work well and efficiently together which added to our positive experience as buyers. What was especially unique was that we never set foot in their dealership yet we had such great customer service which helped ease the stress that usually happens when making a big purchase... no stress from us though! We appreciate how the vehicle was delivered right to our hotel which helped us so much. Regrettably, we cannot remember the name of the gentleman who dropped off the vehicle but he was extremely professional and nice to chat with.
