She alleviated my concerns and once I got my car into the dealership she was able to get my car in to be serviced promptly. It also turned out to be a warranty issue so that was a bonus. The waiting room is great, there is a TV, tablet and computers for customers to use, tea and coffee. It's very clean and most of the staff were friendly. I'm looking to trade in my vehicle and I will definitely be looking there! More
