What a fantasic experience! I had spoken with Eli on the phone about a Buick Regal advertised on AutoTrader. Right off, Eli was very personable and easy to talk with. Best part it was just talking without any sales push etc.; just talking over the phone. After a few emails and another phone call, on Jan 14th the whole family made the drive from Saskatoon to Swift. Let me tell you, it was well worth the trip. We ended up buying the car but even if we hadn't, I would have made the effort to buy from there afterwards. When you walk into the dealership, the atmosphere is relaxed and homey feeling; just like when you walk into a restaurant and you get that comfort feeling that not every place has. Eli wasn't able to meet me so Garnet took care of us. And by took care of us, he really did. He even found books for the kids to read in the waiting area and kept an eye on them while we were out on the test drive. He casually mentioned that the guy I had been talking to about the Harleys sitting in the showroom was the owner of the dealership. Who'd have thought that, as this guy was in jeans and a shirt working on getting the battery charged. I did end up talking with Jeff after I knew who he was and he is one of the most down-to-earth people you'd meet. And he owns the place! Doing up the paperwork, we dealt with Mike; another fantastic person and another case where he got me something for the kids to take home. All this when I was buying a used car and a non-Ford. I was totally amazed. Yes it was a long day for the kids and longer when we took the long way from Saskatoon to Swift Current but it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be a repeat Customer. From the start to end, the whole experience was awesome. I can't say enough good things because they were that good. And my impression is that no-one was trying to be this way - they just ARE that way. Guess that is what makes them special. Go and see for yourself - it's worth the drive. More

My New Ford I had a great time dealing with Eli. I was looking for a new truck and he put together a great deal for me. He found the perfect truck for me and real I had a great time dealing with Eli. I was looking for a new truck and he put together a great deal for me. He found the perfect truck for me and really knew his stuff when he was going over all of the features that the truck is equipped with. An F150 is now parked in my garage. Awesome truck!!! Finance department explained the maintenance schedule, warranties, and extended options and Mike was very helpful in finding the best package to suite me. Great job guys. More

Long Distance Purchase I live outside of Canada and I purchased a used vehicle from Garnet sight unseen as a Christmas / Birthday gift for my sister. Garnet was very good at I live outside of Canada and I purchased a used vehicle from Garnet sight unseen as a Christmas / Birthday gift for my sister. Garnet was very good at explaining the condition of the vehicle and helping further with the purchase process. I never met Garnet but he was extremely polite and nice on the phone with me. Given the unusual circumstance of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen from another country Garnet was very good to deal with. Mike was very easy to deal with and due again to not being in Canada lead to some challenges trying to pay. In the end Mike and I were able to solve the issues. Mike was very patient during the transaction that required a bit more time than a normal purchase. Additionally, since this was a gift Garnet and Mike were able to decorate the vehicle with a bow and card. The vehicle purchase was a complete surprise for my sister, who thought she was picking up some parts from the dealer. Someone at the dealer was able to video record her reaction and send me the video. All in all a great experience in a very unconventional way of purchasing a vehicle.
