I had a scheduled appointment.
1-The Sales person didn't bother to tell me that there was no parking and so I had to drive around looking for a close location to park. 2-The car was not made ready for viewing, there wasn't even gas in the car. 3-after viewing the car, I ask to test drive, to which the Sales person said I first had to agree on the price. I said that I needed to drive the vehicle first before I agree on a price. I went into the office with the sales person, who left me sitting there for 15 minutes without saying why. When he came back I ask what was going on, he said he was looking for the file. He didn't even have a file with him, nor did he have it in his computer. Then Sales person said that due to covid-19, he had to clean each of the vehicles every time someone test drove it, so I needed to agree on the price first, further saying that was they way "they do business". When I inquired about my trade-in, he told me to sell it myself. Their website says, All trade-ins are welcomed and I would get the highest amount. The sales person's name was Sam who was completely rude, Not helpful at all. I would never buy a vehicle from this location EVER!. I would say a big 0 out of 5 for customer service.
