After talking to many different salespeople across Winnipeg in our search, it was a pleasure to deal with Ryndel in sales as he was one of the first guys to actually listen to what we wanted - and not try to sell us something we did not want. He worked to get us all of our concerns addressed on the vehicle, as did Peter - a personal visit with the vehicle technician was arranged and it was certainly appreciated to be able to ask specific questions and walk under the vehicle while on a hoist. Closing the deal with Peter is where things got testy and somewhat (Ok, a lot) unprofessional. Our personalities obviously clashed and led to a few disagreements on brokering the final deal; no matter the reasons for this (of which I take my share of the blame), I felt that there was no reason for me to walk out of the dealership feeling as lousy as I did and basically feeling like a horrible human being. Really - I am going to go off and "brag to my everyone that I put one over a used car manager?". Like at my age that was one of my desired outcomes of the whole endeavor. Pretty insulting and condescending to say the least. I wish I could forget this part of the whole experience, but I can't because it was so upsetting. Post-sale & continued contact with Ryndel - has been great, he continues to follow-up, listen and wants to address any of our concerns. We have had a few minor things with the car to follow-up on, but I suspect this will be taken care of. More

My husband and I saw the car on the internet and came over to see it. We were looking at 3 different cars and Patrick was our last stop. The next day I called Patrick having doubts of what just happened. We went back and spoke to the manager, Peter, who was very nice and accommodating. He made sure we left the building with no doubts and worries. This is our first owning a car. It may be used but for us it looked and felt brand new. The next time we will be buying another car, brand new or used, this shop will be our first stop. Everybody was so accommodating. I was in a 5 year open loan with a 2008 Honda Civic. I became stuck in a back lane at night. The next morning the transmission in the Honda was damaged, NO REVERSE. so here I was stuck with a loan and a c became stuck in a back lane at night. I contacted Automax Pre Owned Super Centre in Winnipeg MB AND SPOKE with Len the Manager and inquired if I had a warranty on the Honda. I didn't. 15 minutes later I received a phone call from PREMINI the business manager who informed me that she wanted to improve our vehicle situation. I informed Premini about my complete financial situation. Premini was patient and listened. Her and I had a sit down meeting. From the initial meeting Premini was COURTEOUS, PATIENT, EMPATHETIC and UNDERSTANDING. As a result of her SUPERB customer service we were able to purchase a 2013 Chevy Malibu with a 5 year extended warranty. More
