BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership We ordered a truck during truck month but there were none on the lot so we were told that we would be able to get one at the end of May based on what We ordered a truck during truck month but there were none on the lot so we were told that we would be able to get one at the end of May based on what it showed in the computer. Time went by and the end of May turned into the end of June and then the end of June turned into the end of July. James said "Let me see what I can do for you and see if I can find a truck somewhere else" He was not able to find a truck somewhere else BUT he was able to get us a truck that had all of the things in it that we wanted, at a cheaper price (it was a demo vehicle) and we were able to get the truck in less than a week. We were so happy that he tried to find something that would still meet all of our needs and price range within a decent amount of time :) More
