Service This is just one of the many great experiences I've had at Crosstown.... I realized on Monday that one of the tires on my 2013 Sonic was going flat. This is just one of the many great experiences I've had at Crosstown.... I realized on Monday that one of the tires on my 2013 Sonic was going flat. I was on the road already so I immediately headed to Crosstown. To throw a wrinkle in things, it was about 3:00pm and I had to get the baby I was looking after that day home by 4:30 so her mom could feed her. John took a look at it and said, "no problem", I'll get one of the guys to take a look at it and hopefully have it (and a recall item discovered when I arrived) fixed within an hour. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. So John had them put the spare tire on so we could get home, and we left the dealership about 30mins after arriving, and after making arrangements for the repair to be completed a couple of days later. Once the spare tire was installed John even brought my car around to the front door, which is closer to the waiting area, so I didn't have to carry the baby too far while trying to find my car in the parking lot. I returned Wednesday morning and dropped the car off for the tire to be installed and the recall item corrected. The work was completed and I picked up my car a couple of hours later. More
