Justen was pretty comprehensive to what I should be looking out for in buying a new vehicle and really simplified the overall process for me. We ordered the new car that I had selected as they did not have one on the lot. Delivery on the new vehicle was delayed, but it was out of the dealerships control - upon breaking the news to me, Justen was already en route to my workplace to lend me a new vehicle for the weekend while I waited until Monday to pick up my car!
