Loyal Chevy Man switched to Toyota After my engine on my 99000km Chevy went I was looking for a new truck - Chevy offered a low trade value plus a $3000 repair. Toyota paid for the repa After my engine on my 99000km Chevy went I was looking for a new truck - Chevy offered a low trade value plus a $3000 repair. Toyota paid for the repair and gave $5000 more on a trade meaning an $8000 difference. As a loyal Chevy driver I was very disapppointed that not more was done to try and resolve the engine issue and keep me as a customer. As a result of this incident the dealership has lost a large customer pool as no one from our extended family will return - and we have all purchased from this dealership for over 30 years More

Quick and Friendly Service Saw the used vehicle on auto trader a week before I bought it. Had to work the rest the week before I could look at it in person and was able to have Saw the used vehicle on auto trader a week before I bought it. Looked at it and test drove it on the Friday afternoon and was able to pick it up early Monday morning. The Sales and Financial people I dealt with were more than helpful with any questions I had.
