We signed for a vehicle with Robert Chouinard and were told it “wasn’t ready yet.” Recalled, once, twice...that turned into over a month of excuses, delays, and zero accountability. No car. No real updates. Just constant runaround. Meanwhile, they took our trade-in vehicle as part of the deal, leaving us completely stuck. Let that sink in: they have our money AND our car, and we have nothing but a paper contract!!! Trying to get answers has been a nightmare. Calls not returned. Messages ignored. And when someone finally responds, it’s the same vague, shifting story with no clear timeline. Every conversation feels like you’re being brushed off or misled. It is a LEGAL SCAM! At this point, it honestly feels like once they got what they wanted from us, they stopped caring completely. The lack of communication and transparency is shocking. This has been stressful, exhausting, and financially damaging. No one should be treated like this when making such a major purchase. If you’re even thinking about buying from here, please DON’T make the same mistake we did. We won’t let this go unresolved. More

Then, there $184 , and the Service Advisor ( Robert Visockis) said " ooo because the Rogue is a camion, not a car" ...and add extra $12.60 ( 99999-50099 produit entretien ) not included in the price neither, for nothing, because nothing was fixed or changed ...So the origial $174 + taxes = $ 200 , it turned in $226.41 ( $184 + 12.60 plus taxes). Then I complained on the website, and I was talking 2 times with Frederik Brassard... and I STILL WAITING for the phone call. WORST ATTENTION ever. I know that for them I do not represent a great client, but what I do know is that I will never return to that place, neither my family, nor friends nor acquaintances.
