They failed me as a customer. After my vehicle sat on their lot for 6 months waiting for a part, it developed never before seen engine issues. When I took it back for them to inve After my vehicle sat on their lot for 6 months waiting for a part, it developed never before seen engine issues. When I took it back for them to investigate, their prompt reply was that the engine was ruined and the only option was for a complete replacement. This didn't make sense to me so I towed the car at my own expense to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic. After relatively basic troubleshooting the cause of the issues was found and the problem component replaced. The car has never run better. I will never take any business to College Ford ever again. More

My first vehicle purchased from them was a 1995 Mustang GT in 2008 and my most recent was a 2017 Mustang GT. I have had service work done on my Ford vehicles as well as my Dodge vehicles and am always extremely happy with the work and customer service I receive. It is nice to go in for an oil change and not have pushy sales people trying to sell you other services and different oil and stuff. More
