We are so glad that we waited for the one we wanted . It was smooth sailing with Allison in Finance and again with the delivery of the truck with Jeremy . A few of the places we went the sales rep insisted on comming along for the test drive which I didnt like as I felt they were being very pushy, but Jenn at Cold Lake Ford let us go by ourselves which I appreciated. We ended up picking the F150 but the exact model I wanted wasnt in stock so they gave me one with more options for that same price plus a great discount. Overall it was a really good experience buying a vehicle at Cold Lake Ford and I would highly recommend it. More

Throttle body issue They were honest and told me that my service may be expensive if the throttle body didn't fix itself upon an overnight thawing. It is a common issue w They were honest and told me that my service may be expensive if the throttle body didn't fix itself upon an overnight thawing. It is a common issue with the cold and shorter drives. But they took my car into a bay to warm up overnight and changed my Fob battery in the meantime for free. Thanks guys! Routine Maintenance Pickup truck taken in on appointment to effect a simple basic repair. Didn't have parts in stock. Returned with truck the next day. Those parts also not in stock. Truck finally returned to me end of day 3. Seals and bearings have been used on every vehicle since they removed the horse from the front of them... Their "just in time" parts system is not nearly timely enough for people who need the vehicle on the road and earning its keep. It costs me big bucks every hour it isn't on the job site. Not impressed Ford. More
