Understanding Great Service Had my truck scheduled to get tires was called late in the day told tires were not in as they thought they were. Was offered a discount and rebooked. However Upon taking our vehicle in for some warranty work, we felt put off on getting the vehicle in, and then a mishap happened to which they were accommodating but when I went to pick up our vehicle, it was not washed, which I had heard was one of the good things about Ford, washing the vehicle after a service.....had to walk thru the lot to find it, the tire repair obviously wasn’t done correctly because it had a worse problem than when it first went in leaking air and having to fill it up on my 3 hour trip both ways. Didn't get back to me, upon waiting for a call back about the tire right after I picked it up seeing something not quite right with it, felt like we were put off and that a warranty job was not as important. Disappointed in the service received and almost regretting purchasing from Cold Lake Ford. More
