Forgot to tighten bolts on my tires after rotating tires I took my car to Classic Honda in Brampton to have my tires rotated on November 6/18. Within a week the tires were getting worse for noise and shaking if I tried to go over 80 km. Then I couldn't go over 60 km, then by a week and a half 40 km. I had called Service 10 to 15 times trying to get an apt ASAP as I knew there was a serious problem. This was a Thursday, and there were no apts until Monday. I called my co workers mechanic and he told me to come in that day. All he had to do was drive the CRV from the front of his shop to the back and told me, 'The mechanic didn't tighten the bolts'. The first left tire was the most loose and would have fallen off. I could have been injured or killed or hurt someone else. I just bought new tires and will not be getting them installed at Classic Honda in Brampton. More

They are doinf frod with me I am dissatisfied by Classic Honda. They are doing fraud to me. I went to buy a Honda Civic but they convinced me to lease it because they threat I am dissatisfied by Classic Honda. They are doing fraud to me. As I am new Comer to Canada, I don't know how it works and I trusted them. I have paid $1000 as hold money to get my lease application approval but never finalized the deal for bi-weekly payments. They made some papers and asked me to sign it as it was closing time of dealership they didn't explain well. Next day, I went to discuss about car deal but Finance guy (Ray) didn't come, so I went next day again and then I found that Jordon and Ray both have changed their color. Now they are being so rude to me and not giving me Car as well as my money back. I want my money back as I am not buying Honda. More

I felt this was already a positive sign as I had been there some time before and there were three salesmen sitting around in the back of a SIV. None offered assistance although my son and I tried to get information about the vehicles. My experience with AnneMarie was such a difference. She was extremely polite; answered all our questions and even offered suggestions. When I went the following day to pick up the new car, she made sure to point out all the important features and ensured that I was comfortable and familiar to drive it away. This was definitely an excellent experience compared t o my first visit and would definitely recommend AnneMarie to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.
