I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Honda. They want to charge me for the thing which initially they accepts covered under warranty. Communication was poor, rude specially service advisors not all they directly threatens you for service charge if complaints anything on their face and I felt that commitments made to me were not honored. What concerns me most is that my vehicle was damaged during servicing, and no one informed me about it. I had to discover the damage myself, which is unacceptable. I had one of the worst experiences with classic Honda dealership. For months, I received repeated phone calls and emails urging me to bring my vehicle in for a recall service. When I finally brought my car in, the dealership performed a software update that apparently was not done properly and ended up crashing my vehicle’s system. Instead of fixing the issue promptly, I was told a part needed to be ordered, and I was left without my vehicle for almost three months. I am a taxi driver, and my vehicle is my source of income. Because of the dealership’s mistake, I suffered significant financial losses and inconvenience during this period. When I finally received my car back, I discovered scratches on the rear door and the area behind it that were not there before. I immediately reported the damage, and the dealership agreed to repair it. I specifically asked whether the repair would be done properly and whether the vehicle would look the same as before. I was repeatedly assured that it would. However, after bringing the vehicle back for the repair, I was told they only wanted to paint a small portion of the damaged area and that the finish might not look good. This completely contradicted the assurances I had received earlier. It felt like they were trying to avoid doing the repair properly. To make matters worse, the customer service throughout this entire process was disappointing. Staff members were often rude, dismissive, and became annoyed when I asked reasonable questions about the status of my vehicle and the repairs. The combination of the failed recall service, the excessive delay, the damage caused to my vehicle, the poor repair response, and the unprofessional customer service made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend classic dealership based on my experience. More

I went to the dealership to see and test drive a vehicle at a scheduled time confirmed by the salesperson. I arrived on time and was attended to. The vehicle in question had been picked up from a nearby Toy at a scheduled time confirmed by the salesperson. I arrived on time and was attended to. After inspecting it, I told the salesperson that I had approved the vehicle and that I would have to go home to talk to my family to figure out how to finalize the transaction; whether to buy it in my name or my son-in-law's name. Three hours later, I sent an email informing them that the purchase would be in my son-in-law's name and that I was waiting for a time to go to the dealership to complete the deal. There was no response from the dealership that day, but the following day the salesperson informed me that they had placed a sign on the vehicle indicating that it was sold and had listed my name as the buyer. They said they weren't at the dealership but would call me as soon as they arrived. We waited and received no response. Several follow-ups were made, but there was still no update. Three days later, after another follow-up, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. I escalated the matter to Honda Canada with a copy to Honda US. Honda Canada responded by apologizing and saying they would be reviewing the case and get back to me with more information. I sent copies of all emails sent, including the appraisal value of the Honda CRV that would be given as a trade-in. Unreliable dealership. Be very careful and read all the comments poste by a lot of unsatisfied customers. More

On March 12,2026 I bought Honda CRV-Touring. I was told by the sales person to get Honda Locate device from the dealership to avail huge discount from my insurance company and I paid $1000 plus I was told by the sales person to get Honda Locate device from the dealership to avail huge discount from my insurance company and I paid $1000 plus tax for that. After purchase when I approached my insurance company but they said they don’t approve this Honda Locate device and I didn’t get any discount. I rushed back to my dealership and told that why did they give false information and misguided me for it and charged me $1000. But they said they can’t do anything and even stopped responding to my calls. I am a senior citizen with low income and nobody is listening to me. I spent another $452 for installing TAG from Speedy Glass for insurance discount. I need refund of my $1000 or compensation for it. Giving misleading information and false representation falls under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. I will go further in this matter if my issues are not resolved at this level. I hope someone will approach me to resolve this issue and I will reveal the names of the concerned officials for misguiding me and false representation just to grab $1000 from me.
